Hello guys here are 3 scripts for the next Booth Chat script practice which will be on Tuesday 31st January 2023 10am UK time.

It’s really helpful if you can let me know in the comments section below if you think you’ll be able to come, thanks so much.

Zoom link at the end of the post

You’re welcome to bring along one of your own scripts but please keep the word count to around 80 words and have the script ready to post into the Zoom chat!

SCRIPT 1: We are looking for a voice artist to accompany our latest University campaign adverts. The script has been written as a poem and therefore needs to reflect that, the artist needs to deliver the script in a poetic, expressive and emotive style. The delivery needs to be uplifting and inspirational, with dynamic tone & pacing throughout the piece. An example from a previous campaign can be found here: https://youtu.be/LgkGB2S2nic

At York St John University, it’s what we create.

Whether splashing colours on a canvas,

Or finding your voice in a debate;

Creating a whole new world with just the click of a mouse,

Or getting up on stage and bringing down the house.

Whatever your passion,

However big the dream,

There’s no better way to do it

Than with you and us as a team.

York St John University.

Made by you and us.

SCRIPT 2: 30 sec CAT’S PRIDE RADIO Ad- Lighten Up Campaign

ANNCR: Ever wonder what’s going on in your cat’s head?

CAT: I’ve got a big day today. I have to swipe Deborah’s coffee off the counter as she’s running late for work, take a 14-hour nap, terrorize the dog, and then surprise Deb with hairballs when she gets home!

ANNCR: That’s why Deborah uses Cat’s Pride High Performance Lightweight Litter. Not only does she get the high performance of maximum odor control, mess-free clumping, virtually no dust, and low tracking—it’s also 25% LIGHTER! So she can save her strength for all her cat’s other crap.

SFX: (Mug crashing / breaking)

ANNCR: Cat’s Pride. It’s time to lighten up.

SCRIPT 3: TUDOR (Cycling promo) 30 sec digital promo video for TUDOR. Engaging, confident and “strong-willed”.

In the world’s most storied cycling race, riders put it all on the line.
Every year they fight to win, from village to village, climb after climb.
Every year they suffer in order to succeed.
And from now on, TUDOR will be there for the beauty and chaos of it all.

Hi Tom, apologies but I’ve got 2 more sessions with BRAVA at the same time. I’ll be hopefully joining the Booth Chat workouts from the end of March when I’m back in the UK.

I hope today goes really well.
